We update templates when employment law changes in ways that affect them. Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscribers receive a newsletter explaining the change and what (if anything) you need to do. Tier 1 subscribers receive updated templates automatically through their library access.

We'll let you know. You're responsible for reviewing your existing documents and updating them if needed. We provide the updated templates and the context; you (or your attorney) decide what to revise.

No. We've intentionally priced subscriptions to be accessible without needing a trial structure. If a subscription doesn't work for you, you can cancel within your first billing period and keep what you've customized.

Generally no, except where legally required. Our pricing is structured to be fair upfront rather than promising refunds we'd have to recover through higher prices. The perpetual license on customized templates means even a short subscription gives you lasting value.
